Attachment Parenting(AP) - Attachment Parenting is a flexible, gentle and responsive approach to rearing children that creates a secure bond between parent and child. Common tools that are used include co-sleeping, baby-wearing, gentle discipline, breastfeeding etc.
Natural Parenting (NP) - as a focus on our childrens health, our health and the safety of the environment. This may include the use of wooden or nonsynthetic toys, cloth nappying, Attachment parenting, positive parenting, elimination communication(EC) and natural child birth.
Elimination Communication (EC) - a gentle, compassionate and practical way to care for a baby's elimination needs from infancy, with or without diapers. Rather than teaching a baby to eliminate into his or her intimate clothing and cleaning up after the fact, parents learn to listen and respond in the present moment to the baby's needs and communication.
