im back!

i went out of state to visit my parents with shane, dh had to stay home for wok. we just got back this morning. we had two really great flights, he slept through both of them and never cried. my parents had not seen him in 6 months so it was nice for them to see him, but i was definately ready to come home! they live in washington dc,so we went to the zoo, the aquarium, and some other fun stuff. i will have some pictures from our trip up here some time soon, my dad took most of them so i have to wait for him to email them to me! shane is doing soooo many more things now then when we leeft, and he is being shy around dh and doesnt want himt o hold him  however, hhe looked at him and said dada for the first time this afternoon so thatwas really fgreat!  during the trip he got 4 more teeth so he has a total of 6 now! he has been biting my nipples really hard when im trying to feed him so well see what happens with that,  any tips??? he is refusing baby purrees now and only wants to eat things he can feed himself. he is wearing 12 month clothes now and i got him some shoes and his new clothes look like big boy clothes, not babyish at all, he looks like a kid now! more later! |

oh they are such kids now aren't they. So much changes in just a couple of weeks. Asha is trying to feed herself with a spoon lately and i'm very surprised that she's quite competent at it. Post some piccys when you can.

ouch teeth! Violet doesnt have any yet. If she foloows suit with the other girls, she wont until about a year. Traveling with little ones is so tiring. After a couple days visiting I am always soooo ready to come home.

those are some great pics. he is such a big boy. Oh and man i wish i looked as good in photos as you do. you and Shane are very photogenic.
