Last night we went to a Reading/Book signing at a local book store and we sat right up front. As soon as the author started talking Delaney started clapping and saying "Yeah!" She wouldn't stop clapping and telling me and Scott to clap like her and say yeah. The author (Tim Sandlin, a fav of ours) loved it and told us he has a six year old that he was missing so it was OK. After a while I took her to the childrens section and she was accosting anyone who walked in and telling them to sit down and she would read them a book. She was just talking and talking and everyone thought she was pretty cute, at least I think so . I let her pick out a book because she was being so good and we went to pay for it. I put her down for a second and she ran back to her daddy in the room they were doing the reading yelling " Daddy, I got some money and a book!" Then she climbed back in the chair and started applauding again. As soon as the reading was over she would jump right into the conversations we were having with the other people there. "What's your name guy?" "You are wearing a red shirt?" "You like books?" " This is my mama. Her name Shannon" and so on. She is so much like her daddy it isn't funny
