Funny conversation with a Late Starter EC Graduate
« on: January 31, 2007, 04:48:50 AM »

Sometimes k pretends to be a baby.  This morning he was pretending to be a baby and I did "itsy bitsy spider" up his belly like I used to do when I was changing his diapers, and I pretended to massage him like I used to do after his bath.  I asked him "Do you remember when I used to massage you?" and he said "uh huh" and I asked, "Do you remember when I used to sing that song you like that?" and he said "uh huh" then, I asked, "Do you remember when you used to where diapers?" and he said, "yeah, kody no like it.  all wet, mommy take off.  Kody no like it."  honest, that's almost exactly how it went.  I was really startled that he remembers so clearly.

Wow, thats cool.  I am often amazed by Aiden too.  If someone gives him the smallest of things, when he sees it months and months later, he said "Donna give that to me", or "Donna's".  Sometimes people give me things to give him, but I try to have them give it to him instead because I know he will remember them when he plays with it, wears it, etc.  It's pretty special.  Our kids are amazing!!!   Smiley
