I saw this post on bbc, love it, love it.

funny how everyone was commenting that they wont let him have that cut at school.  what a way to zap individual flair huh.  how did dh like it? or hasn't he seen it yet?

yeh i used clippers. i have shaved his head once before but all over, this wasthe first hawk. dh and i have been talking about doing the hawk for a while, we are going to visit gramma and other family this weekend so we thought it would be cute. dh loved it. he doesnt seem to mind having his head shanved he just tries to look at the clippers a lot. i was a pet groomer before ds was born so i am pretty good at clipping moving things! (i shave my cat in the summer too). if i send him to school i will plan on seeing if he will be allowed to have this cut. i see no reason why  they wont allow it. my highschool allowed it so maybe garde school will too, who knows? of course, only if he wants his hair like that still.

I saw this on myspace last night, totally cute.  As a side comment, I'm a third grade teacher and I wouldn't have any objections to a kid sporting a hawk..... but that's just me.  I guess you could call me a "liberal."  LOL
