I hate Thomas

I'm putting this here because what I don't like about the Thomas videos is that the (a) don't teach anything I really want ds to be learning and (b) do teach stuff that I really don't want him to be learning.  But he loooooooves them!  I should never have put the first one in, and when he got a second for Christmas, I should have taken it to Walmart and gotten him something else. 

I don't know what my point is here, well, not enough to articulate it.  Someone chime in here.  Why do I hate these videos?

Luckily, my girls aren't into Thomas but somehow I'm not surprised. Isn't Thomas a British show? These are the same people responsible for Telletubies...talk about totally not educational!!

yeah, must admit most of it is drab and doesn't do much by way of education. On the topic of british shows, did you know bob the builder was a british show first.  Adrienne told me you guys have it dubbed in US accents, but it was definitely british, ot that i like it though.  i think one of the only ones i tolerate is Postman Pat.  i think c sees i oce a month or so.

i hate it to, i dont mind the toys and maddox loves them but the show just rubs me the wrong way. there is nothing to it, the characters dont move really, and i always think that fater all these yrs and all they can do with shows thyeyd give it a revamp and yes it doesnt teach much at all.
