I have started getting some books and I though maybe we could get a thread started on what we like and don't like about the materials we have looked at. Smiley

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Homeschooling
Great book for anyone considering homeschooling. It gives pros and cons for the different types of homeschooling and gives a lot of insight on reasons why people do it.

Montessori
Play and Learn
Purposeful Play From Two to Six.

Lesley Britton

Great introduction to Montessori without being to wordy. Lots of ideas to do at home.

Teach Me To Do It Myself
Maja Pitamic

Montessori Activities for two to five years old. Lots of great ideas!
