so i had a good friend in high school and i hadnt talked to her since we graduated 5 yrs ago, but i found her last month and she has a new baby too. he is 6 weeks younger than shane so that is cool. i dont know anyone with a baby. so we got together for lunch today and let the boys met. it was soooo cute they stared at each other for a long time. then we put them on the couch next to each other to take pictures. i gave her baby, ricky, a toy of shanes to play with and shane immediately grabbed it from him and stuck it in his mouth. so i gave ricky a different toy and shane grabbed that one too. i guess i will need to work on that i dont want him to be selfish already!! wth?!?! i didnt know it started out so soon!
but yeh anyways they were really cute together and i am glad to have a friend for him. ricky is just growing through the stage which shane just grew out of, the grumpy crying stage. i felt so bad for her, we were in a restaurant and he kept crying.... i told her that he will grow out of it soon. shane was a perfect angel, and i am sooo excited in the past few days he just got REALLY good at sitting and so he sat in a high chair at the restaurant and he looked like hed been doing it for MONTHS! he was so good at it. he smiled and laughed at everyone, i brought bananas for him to eat, and he drank water from hsi sippy cup. he is growing up so fast, he is like a big kid now. it makes me sad but on the other hand i am having SO MUCH FUN with him now. he keeps Trying to crawl and he is only going backwards still so he keeps ending up under the christmas tree.
today i had him on the floor naked and i left the room to get him clothes and a diaper and when i came back he had pooped ALL OVER the floor- he hadnt pooped in 3 days, so this wasnt pretty- and he turned around and was playing with it. i came in the room and saw him with it all over his hand and he was examining it. lol it wasnt funny then but it is now. i had to hose him down in the shower lol.
