sleep suggestions for Asha.

i'm very lucky that she sleeps great and i love cuddling and feeding her to sleep but due to me needing to spend more time with Charlie it would be very useful for her to go to sleep on her own. 

Any suggestions on how to achieve this?   sleep

How about the swing chair?  that was about the age I started putting Kody in and singing and swinging him to sleep if I needed the freedom.

prefer not to, i packed it away a couple of months ago anyway.  oh its fine, i'm just wanting my good sleeper to sleep even better. hit self over head
