I used to only rotate about 5 dishes, now i do about 20. I enjoy cooking but you cant do some complex dish with 2 kids under 2.
So heres what i cook: rice noodle asian curry chilli beans and rice tomato risotto asparagus risotto minestrone thick pea based soup pad thai(normally we get it from a takeaway store) chips(takeaway) pizza vege pie beans and rice tacos nachos roast veg steamed veg stew with dumplings falafels with salad and pita bread canneloni lasagne pasta
We tend to graze, so our dinners are usually small, thoug sometimes we have a "normal" meal.
Grilled Onions Split Pea Soup Squash ("pumpkin") soup --I've just discovered that shitake mushrooms add something rich and hearty to this dish, it's quite yummy Pizza pan fried tofu Boca Burgers Hummus and veggies Pasta with red sauce or tossed with olive oil and veggies baked beans from the crock pot aunties rice noodles
Those are my staples I guess, but I do still try a new recipe a couple of times a month.
