I have to watch it probably 20 more times till i get its full benefit. There was so much stuff in it that it feels like a create your own adventure book (is that what they're called). The part about habits and breaking habits and addiction was important to me. I am a creature of habit, i like schedules and my reactions are far too habitual. It gave a really good explanation of the changes in the brain that are needed in order to make a change. I think its going to help me.
Oh and the true power of thought explained through the photographs of water. Quite amazing.
Some reviews: "...So if you like a picture that makes you think -or- you need a picture that makes you think -or- you are an easily irritated, unhappy person -- go see this film." -- Ross Anthony, HOLLYWOOD REPORT CARD
"So thick with provocative, often profound, food for thought that the film feels like an intellectual all-you-can-eat buffet." -- Rob Blackwelder, SPLICEDWIRE
Of course there are some bad reviews and i agree with some of their comments but i think if you just watch it take from it what you need to take from it then it works. I honestly got a bit confused with all the talk of science in the basketball bit but for me it was more about possibilities and that there are infinite possibilities for everyone.
I think it needed chapters but then it may not have worked.
