well, my first response was bbq sauce, but that's similar.  What are you needing this for? (ie dipping fries, in a recipe, etc).  Is there a particular reason you want to have an alternate?

Personally, I've hated ketchup all of my life...  I am a die-hard spicy mustard gal. 

How about salsa?  I'd think that would be a healthy alternative...
