Question: As a parent, what concerns you most (you can pick a few if you must) about feeding your family?
I have no time to cook.
My kids hate vegetables.
My kids don't have time to eat.
My kids don't seem to eat enough.
My kids don't (or I'm afraid they won't) get enough protein.
I don't know how to cook.
Nobody likes the same dishes.
How they eat outside the home.

What's on your mind about kiddie nutrition?

I'm interested especially in knowing how it goes at different ages, and having different aged kids in the home.

Emi eats everything and plenty of it, so I don't worry about her eating, b/c I know she eats a well-balanced meal. However, Jessie never wants what I cook (which is a pain) and she currently won't eat ANY veggies. sigh! She used to like a bunch as a baby, slowly started refusing them all. She only has like 6 foods she eats, and I never think she eats enough.

I know there were heaps of options but i couldn't think of what to vote for.  maybe "nobody likes the same meals".  i hate making seperate meals but c really isn't ready for sandwiches and she really prefers easy to eat mash or rice.  she eats a lot too.

I'm not really concerned about protein, my big concern is probably whether its ok to give her the odd bit of junk like veg pizza when we are having our once a month junk fest.

Megs, veg pizza is totally fine. It's not like you're giving her candy...there's good stuff in pizza too. The thing that makes it not good for adults is the high fat content, but fat is important for a baby's brain development.
