From what I've read, you are even more likely to get higher concentrations of pesticides in dried fruit. Can anyone confirm this?

i'll do some research.  I know that dried fruit has pretty much no nutritional content and is basically just sugar.

still researching but so far it all says yes they are nutritious.  ooops on my part.  i used to think they were nutritious and then along the way heard that it was the opposite.

Hope, theres higher concentrations with dried fruit basically because you eat  more than you would fresh.  you'd eat 10 dried apricots and not 10 fresh for example.

Thanks, Megs. I've always wondered and it's definitely an area I know nothing about...

Thanks too.  I know I try to avoid dried fruit because I eat way too much of it and fruit is just not as goodness packed as other foods.  BTW, I have to go back on another thread, where I misspoke a while ago.  Watch for it...
