25 min on the elliptical.  Was going for 30 and yoga, but k woke up from napping.

Feel sore and muscular today.  Feels goo-oo-ood!  Sorry to miss yoga, will plan to do some tomorrow.

Cutting back on sweets... mostly because my teeth hurt, but also because with the exercise I don't crave them as much... that's my theory.

biked on the grass while kody biked on the pavement for about ? miles.  (thought I new how far, but now I'm not sure) Mostly feel it in my arms.

been very hungry today... trying not to overdo it, but still not dieting.  had two more glasses of water than I ordinarily would have.

ate two chocolate cupcakes after Halloween costume disaster. 

skin feels oily, which is usually a sign that I'm burning fat.

Feeling self conscious that no one else is participating in this thread.  Wink

ok, i'll chime in again so A doesn't feel too self conscious. 

no exercise but i'm a little sick.  I'm eating better though.  that  covers the last few days though.

Wednesday weigh in and I've gained as much as I expected to lose.  A big WTF.   raspberry I actually look better naked, though, so I won't let it get me too down, and those two days of "nothing" up there are staring me in the face in a big way right now.

uggh...I'm so off my diet/exercise routine right now. We went out of town over the weekend and I didn't exercise or diet one little bit.  But, the food was good.... hit self over head

Maybe there's been an increase in atmospheric  pressure causing us all to be heavier... lol.  Nope, not it, my mom said today that she lost 3lbs and doesn't know why.  I told her I borrowed them for a little while Wink

got a tooth pulled yesterday so I don't feel much like eating, but have been indulging in bananas and soft bread so the net effect might be bad for my health and waistline.
