Feeling very pooped.  Just couldn't bring myself to do the Yoga.

walked-with-kid-weight and jogged by myself for a few hours at Great Adventure (six flags) I wouldn't count it as exercise, but I'm actually sore today, so it must have been worth something.

Eating crap still because I went to a different grocery store and got all thrown off... well, that's a sorry excuse, lol. 

Weigh in is Wednesday, so I'm going to squeeze a workout in Tuesday even though I'm swamped with work.

When I get over this cold, I'm going to have to start excerising and dieting. My weight has started to creep up and now even my pants are tight.  yuck!

i hear ya Hope.  My summer stuff is tight or doesn't fit.  quite odd since i weighed more than this last xmas.

i've got some motivation now though.  Tristan and I decided that when we get to our ideal weights (63kg for me) that we'll reward ourselves with a getaway.

no exercise happening the last few days.  Charlies been sick so thats out.

Meg I did the conversion, our goal weights are similar.  A nice athletic weight, I think.

30 min elliptical and 1 full set SS.  Tres lethargic.  Probably because I didn't have a proper breakfast.

11/24: nothing.  Drowsy and Fatigued all day.

11/25: 30 min elliptical.  Put on the shirt I got a few weeks ago that accentuated my gut and it looks good on me now Smiley

Hey, that's great that your shirts looks better. My first "small" goal is for a particular pair of jeans to fit more comfortably.

10/25: Still sticking to the diet and did 60min cardio again.  I feel super motivated this time. I don't know, something just clicked in me yesterday.

No exercise and a little too much food... I took my vitamins before bed to avoid feeling nauseous.

10/27
30 min elliptical.  Feeling more energetic today... maybe the vitamins, maybe a coincidence :shrug had a super sugary treat in the afternoon, but it was an ok deviation, in my book: I bought Kody his first (and last) bubble tea and he didn't like the "bubbles" so I ate them... what are ya gonna do?
