We recently found out that I spontaniously conceived twins. We are clueless as to why, so maybe I was just in that lucky 3%. But at 3.5 months I lost them. We would absolutely love to have twins at some point. I have read about eating African Yams skin at every meal, and taking 1000mg calcium, 2mg B6 daily, which I already do. Anyone heard of anything else to help? I am guessing that I released to eggs because it was the first ovulation in 22 months. We are planning on TTC in December/January. Thanks
I have no clue to the answer to your question, other than knowing that twins often run in the maternal family line. Do you have twins in your family line? I know this was a question my ob asked me in my genetic background questionnaire. Also, the fact that you previously conceived twins increases your chances for future twins. Good luck!!
I am adopted and don't know my family history but my mom said she does NOT think my birth mother or grandmother was a twin, but she has no idea. Thanks for the help!
