We were doing it part time so really i was probably only taking Asha to the potty maybe 3 times a day but in the last week Asha has shown much mre eagerness and will sit on the potty now.  She has that look of achievement on her face when she goes and is really starting to tell me when she needs to go.  not bad since we were hardly taking her at all before.

we stopped for a while around december to february when we had to potty train our puppy and he had a hard time doing it after that. the we got back on track a bit, and then with moving we are off track again. he was doing pretty well for a while. our new house has all ceramic tile and he will be naked all the time now so we should get back on track again fairly easily.

i'd suggest getting into it while you've got warm/hot weather.  and tiles are great for learning as you can truly go nappy free.
