I just can't believe how grown up Asha is getting now. She's discovered the power of pointing. We saw her copying Tristan today and she just keeps on doing it. She points to scan the room for something she wants like a ball. tonight she was pointing to pictures in a book and wanted to know the names. I told her the names and it sounded like she was trying to copy the sound. She loves to play on her own and is rather creative at it. she loves to put 'things' in 'things.. she also loves just exploring. She is really starting to have little tantrums though.
I'd love to hear how the other June babies are going?
I've been asking the same thing a lot lately. It seems like Isa is such a little girl! She's starting to figure out pointing, too and oh-so-close to that first step on her own. I's getting nice and warm here so she's discoved to joy of the playground- swings, slides, and walking on wobbly surfaces in play structures. She can say Mama and Dad but mostly she says Huck (HUT) or dog (dod) Huck is our dog's name and she uses the terms interchangebly for any dog she hears or sees. Finger foods only- her motto seems to be "if I can't do it all by myself, it's not worth being done" so we gave up trying to spoon feed her or help her with a spoon long ago. And we've reached the point where diaper changes are nearly unbearable. I just don't have enough arms!
